Co-ownership Schedule
Our co-ownership schedule is a key eliment of the program. This system ensures that all families get the maximum time usage out of the property. The typical Fractional Program on the market promotes affordable cottage ownership and results in ten shares of each individual property...or five weeks of usage a year. Our program is based on a 1/5th ownership program, typically not used in Fractional developments even globally. Why We Offer This System Each family owns ten weeks,or 70 days usage each year. The weeks rotate annually, all families equally retain the prime summer weeks; there is no fixed week in this program. You can always exchange with other owners, perhaps to another cottage to get an alternate week if desired. We are not offering a 1/10th ownership system, this breaks from our model of a co-ownership. This is the most similar to whole ownership while still retaining affordability and the maximum possible time for family usage.
